Camera

From personal experience the Raspberry Pi Camera module was not worth the effort. The only benefit noticed was manual lense focusing vs auto from most webcams.

Touchscreen

Hyperpixel generally has the best option. You can get on adafruit https://www.adafruit.com/product/3578 but be sure the check out the github for how to rotate and force rotation at boot https://github.com/pimoroni/hyperpixel4

OctoDash

This seems to be the most up to date and better looking dashboard for the touchscreen. Plus it can update itself right on the display by going to the about menu. Source is https://github.com/UnchartedBull/OctoDash
